Scott Escujuri is Co-Founder and Principal of Provenance Family Advisory, advising entrepreneurial families on the governance, stewardship, and continuity of family enterprise. Drawing on more than two decades of combined legal and financial advisory experience, his work centers on the transition that defines every successful family: the passage from wealth creation to institution building. He is the author of the practice's founding framework, Building Institutions That Endure Across Generations, which sets out the four pillars at the center of Provenance's work: identity, stewardship, governance, and evolution.
Before wealth management, Scott practiced law for fifteen years, advising clients in estate planning, real estate, family law, and business strategy. Today he is a Senior Wealth Advisor with Legacy Wealth Management, where he serves on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee, and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), the leading trade association of the alternative investment industry and home of The National Due Diligence Alliance. A founder and operator of multiple businesses in his own right, he is an invited speaker and panel moderator on governance, private markets, tax-efficient wealth transitions, and the challenges confronting the modern family office. These vantage points reinforce his conviction that enduring institutions are built through thoughtful governance long before they are tested by transition.
His experience spans family enterprise governance, succession planning, complex liquidity events, and the institutional investment structures family offices employ, including Qualified Opportunity Zones, Section 1031 exchanges, private markets, and alternative strategies. That experience gives him a working view of institutional due diligence and of how entrepreneurial and ultra-high-net-worth families deploy capital across generations. Fluent in Spanish and shaped by formative years living and serving in Guatemala, Scott anchors the practice's work with families across Latin America as naturally as those across the United States. A husband and father, he holds that the questions at the center of family enterprise are ultimately human ones: what do we preserve, what do we pass on, and who will carry it forward. Families do not preserve wealth by accident. They preserve it by intention, building the structures, relationships, and shared purpose required to carry them across generations. The defining question for every successful family, in his view, is whether the institutions required to sustain its wealth will outlive the people who built them.

Larisa B. Miller is Co-Founder and Principal of Provenance Family Advisory and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Global, a specialized international advisory firm headquartered in Miami, United States, and Abu Dhabi, UAE, operating across more than thirty countries. For more than a decade she has advised governments, ministries, sovereign-linked institutions, Fortune 500 corporations, and family offices across four continents, spanning Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Africa, and the United States, on investment, infrastructure, and cross-border development.
Family offices are the center of her practice. She has worked inside the family office landscape on four continents, advising single and multi-family offices in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa on formation and structure, governance, succession, and the transformation of legacy offices into modern family enterprises. She has served as Head of Business Development and Investment for members of the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi. She is known for connecting opportunity across industries and jurisdictions, guiding families into innovative operating models and investment vehicles, and extending a family's existing strengths into the sectors defining the next generation of wealth: agriculture and food security, infrastructure development, transportation, energy, and sustainability and ESG.
She works directly with rising-generation family members, preparing successors to step into leadership with the judgment and confidence to renew the enterprises they inherit, and is co-founder of Wealth Warriors, a global business education platform whose curriculum informs the practice's next-generation programs. She is a committed advocate for the empowerment of women, particularly women entrepreneurs, a priority reflected in her published work and in the practice's dedicated focus on women-led wealth transitions. Larisa holds board and advisory positions across four continents, spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and leads Keystone Farm Future, an agricultural innovation venture. She is a co-author of two published volumes on family enterprise and the ethics of emerging technology, a global keynote speaker under exclusive representation with Chartwell Speakers Bureau, speaking on artificial intelligence, leadership, and the future of global capital, and a monthly columnist for Corporate Investment Times since 2000.
The road to that practice began on a family farm in Pennsylvania, followed by an early career in Pennsylvania state government, including the Department of Agriculture and the Governor's Office of Policy, where agriculture, infrastructure, and public capital first intersected in her work. A mother of three adult children, she is a quilter, baker, and calligrapher, and an appraiser and collector of antiques, with a specialty in Biedermeier and eighteenth and nineteenth century European pieces, expertise that informs the practice's collections and tangible heritage work.
At Provenance, she brings all of it to a single conviction: the families that endure are the ones who carry a twenty-year vision into today's decisions.
